To ensure devoted attention to your project we only accept 4 appointments per week. Our weekly appointments are available on a first come, first served basis. Appointments must be booked with a retainer to reserve availability. If a particular week is booked, please ask us about weeks surrounding requested week. Retainers are non-refundable if photographer misses their appointment. Appointments cannot be moved once reserved.

IMPORTANT: Advertising is one of the immediate ways of promoting your business and can bring the most return if done right. Most of the time when you purchase advertising, you are actually purchasing the space, not the ad that goes in the space. Regardless, you must bear the burden of trying to develop your ad on your own or forced to pay ad fees in addition to your ad space. Did you know that many times you can get a significant discount on your ad space if you negotiate the fact that you have a professional press ready ad to their specifications? When I say significant, I mean $100-plus dollars! The publication usually adds a margin in the ad space cost to “fix” or prep your ad, which usually has to be done if it is not provided from a professional advertising agency. Moral: Know what your buying when you buy it and always negotiate!

Reservation Deposits, Additional Payments and Final Payments are all made in our offices. To make a payment please call our offices and we will take your payment information and email you an electronic receipt. Your card information will not be visible on your receipt when emailed.
